The delay in tracking updates is attributed to the fact that the initial event is generated when the shipment is handed over to us, specifically when it departs from the fulfillment center of your merchant or online shop.
For most shipments, we provide milestone tracking, meaning that it may take some time before a new tracking event is displayed. Your package continues its journey to the destination despite intervals between tracking events. The duration of the transit can vary based on the destination, considering factors such as distance and the chosen service's transit time.

Shipment delays can also occur, often due to circumstances beyond Fattbox's control, such as weather events, local disruptions (like public holidays), customs processing, or strikes. If your shipment hasn't arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time, we recommend contacting your merchant or online shop. As our contract partner, they can initiate an investigation for lost items.

It's important to be aware that certain packages may have limited tracking events in the country of origin and no tracking events in the destination country.

After receiving your shipment from the merchant or online shop, the delivery timeline is determined by the selected service. Typically, the merchant or online shop specifies the delivery time on its website.

It's essential to note that delivery times can fluctuate based on the chosen product or service, as well as the proximity or distance between the origin and destination. Delivery periods can range from 2-3 days for neighboring countries to up to 20 days for those with significant distances.

Additionally, please be aware that, depending on the product or service selected, the shipment is usually handed over to the respective local postal company in your country for the final delivery to you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for Fattbox to change the delivery day or delivery time once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customs and Delivery Issues

Subsequently, send the damage report to your merchant or online shop. Your merchant or online shop will handle the process of claiming the damaged or lost parcel with Fattbox Customer Service.
